Glacier Express Holidays

O f all the scenic journeys in Switzerland, or in fact the whole of Europe, the Glacier Express is one of the most well-known. Crossing a total of 291 bridges, plunging through 91 tunnels, navigating river valleys, spiral loops and mountain passes, the train traverses Switzerland through some of the most spectacular mountain scenery on the planet.

You can experience the full journey from Zermatt to St Moritz or alternatively, we often recommend joining the eastbound train at Brig or the westbound at Chur. Which ever route you choose, you are sure to enjoy the ride.
