FOR CUSTOMERS TRAVELLING BETWEEN NOW AND 31 OCTOBER 2020:

Lock down restrictions are now easing up across the Continent with train services running and hotels, restaurants and museums open in the majority of cities. However, during this interim period we will aim to be as flexible as we possibly can. Customers who are travelling before the end of August who wish to postpone their trips or hold their funds in credit can do so, without amendment charges. Please note however that some flights, hotels and rail tickets may be non-refundable and we will need to pass on these charges.

A booking can be moved to a later date or we can issue a credit voucher which will be valid until the end of 2021. These funds are still protected by the Travel Trust Association and remain securely held in a trust account. 

 

ANY CUSTOMERS TRAVELLING TO COUNTRIES WHICH ARE NOT ACCEPTING BRITISH VISITORS OR ENFORCING QUARANTINE MEASURES:

We will be monitoring this situation closely and will be in touch with customers who are affected by any further restrictions on a rolling four-week basis. If the FCO is advising against all but essential travel to any destination on your holiday, we will be in touch with you to discuss your options. 

 If you are due to pay your balance, we are happy to defer this until one month prior to travel.
